These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Courier Bazar ("Courier Bazar", "we", "us", "our"), a shipping and courier aggregation service operated from 4891/92, Phoota Road, Baratooti, North Delhi, Delhi – 110006. By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking a shipment through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About our service

Courier Bazar is a technology platform that lets businesses and individuals compare rates, book, ship, track and manage courier shipments across multiple logistics partners from a single dashboard. We act as an aggregator and facilitator between you and third-party courier and logistics companies ("Courier Partners"). The actual pickup, transportation and delivery of your shipment is performed by the Courier Partner.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery and shipment details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Bookings, rates & payments

• Shipping rates shown are estimates based on the weight, dimensions and destination you provide. Final charges may vary after the Courier Partner re-weighs or re-measures the package.
• Any difference between the declared and actual weight/dimensions (weight discrepancy) may be charged to your account.
• Prepaid wallet balances, COD remittances and applicable taxes (GST) are handled as per the rate card active at the time of booking.
• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Prohibited & restricted items

You must not book shipments containing items that are illegal, dangerous or restricted by law or by the Courier Partner — including but not limited to cash, precious metals and stones, hazardous materials, flammables, weapons, narcotics, perishables without proper packaging, live animals, and any goods prohibited under applicable Indian regulations. Courier Bazar reserves the right to refuse or return any such shipment, and you remain liable for any resulting loss, penalty or legal action.

5. Packaging & documentation

You are responsible for packing your goods securely and for providing correct invoices, e-way bills and any documents required for transit. Courier Bazar is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or incorrect documentation.

6. Delivery, delays & RTO

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the Courier Partner and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, operational, regulatory or force-majeure conditions. Undelivered shipments may be Returned-to-Origin (RTO), and applicable return charges may apply.

7. Claims, loss & liability

• Claims for loss or damage must be raised within the timelines specified for the relevant Courier Partner. Late claims may not be entertained.
• Liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the coverage offered by the Courier Partner or the declared value, whichever is lower, subject to their policies.
• Courier Bazar acts as a facilitator and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

8. COD remittance

Cash-on-Delivery amounts collected by the Courier Partner are remitted to your account as per the remittance cycle published on our platform. We are not responsible for COD amounts not collected or disputed at the point of delivery.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt our systems, or use the service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on this platform are the property of Courier Bazar or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
